Stavanger Golf Club is one of Norway’s most prestigious golf clubs and has been the host venue on a number of occasions of the Norwegian National Professional and Amateur Championships.
In 2006/2007 seasons , Team Niblick carried out the redesign and rebuilding of the green sites. Troublesome fairways 1 and 2 were reshaped, drained and reseeded.
In 2018/19 Graeme returned to the Club working on a project to resolve drainage issues on the fairways of holes 11,13 and 16.
In a real “win, win “ situation, borrow areas for fill material will be created and shaped into beautiful and strategic water features. The fill material being used to reshape these wet fairways, giving positive fall to a new structural drainage system that will be installed.
In 2020 Graeme is currently working on a proposed redesign, expansion and upgrading of the existing short game area, located between holes 8 and 18.
The outfield of the current Driving Range is being remodelled to include target greens at varying distances to recreate the visuals of the shot-making that the golfer will experience whilst playing his round on the course.
A brand new training facility, located in the area adjacent to the 9th hole and very close to the Clubhouse is being designed. This new area will contain a 6 hole training course and a dedicated short game practice area, consisting of high quality practice greens and bunkers, set in surrounds that are similar to those on the Course.

“I was advised by all who had worked with Graeme on previous renovation works at the Club, that I would find Graeme very professional. Graeme gives wonderful attention to detail.”
